Dentaserv Attends the 2026 Pacific Dental Conference in Vancouver

Every March, thousands of dental professionals and vendors descend on downtown Vancouver for the Pacific Dental Conference — and the Dentaserv team is always in the middle of it.

This year's PDC ran March 5–7 at the Vancouver Convention Centre. As we do every year, we closed the clinic and committed the two main days — Thursday and Friday — to being fully present. No half-measures. The whole team, all day, both days.

Staying Sharp: Continuing Education

Each day of the PDC is anchored by two continuing education sessions — one in the morning, one in the afternoon — with each attendee choosing from a wide range of topics presented by leading voices in dentistry.

This year, on Friday, every member of the Dentaserv team attended the same sessions together. The afternoon built directly on the morning, which made for one of the more cohesive and impactful learning days we've had at the conference.

We're not quite ready to spill all the details yet, but keep an eye out this summer — something new is coming to Dentaserv in the field of orthodontics, and it's one of the most frequently requested treatments we've been asked about.

The Vendor Floor: Supplies, Equipment, and Old Friends

The other half of the PDC experience is the exhibition floor — hundreds of vendor booths representing the full breadth of modern dentistry. It's where we stock up on supplies, evaluate new equipment, connect with our suppliers, and run into colleagues we only see once a year. It's genuinely one of the more energizing parts of the conference.

Why This Matters for Our Patients

The PDC isn't a perk — it's part of how Dentaserv stays current. Every session attended, every new product evaluated, and every conversation on that floor feeds directly back into the care we deliver in Coquitlam. Our patients benefit from a team that's continuously learning, motivated, and aware of what's coming next in dental technology and treatment.
